What? Another Blog?

Why am I doing this? It’s not like I have enough to do with work and all.

One day I was looking for a recipe and realized that my entire life story can be told through the countless clippings in my recipe drawer. In addition to the drawer I have a collection of recipes pasted to pages of scrap books. Not wanting all that to disappear and have my children searching for long lost recipes and hints and tips to create those dishes of childhoods past, I am dedicating this site to preserving my recipes and the stories that follow.

So listen up children… I’m Not Dead Yet…
